Senior Product Manager – Leading FinTech / Private Equity Tech
Introduction:
Our client is a hugely successful international FinTech business. They are expanding their EU HQ which is based in Munich and we are recruiting for a new Senior ProdUct Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for core Fintech platform
- PE.Analyzer Capture and record conceptual requirements and priorities from business leaders and client-facing staff.
- Implement measurement of client engagement on products through digital KPI tracking and implement active feedback loop to product development to enhance engagement
- Ensure business requirements and all possible paths for behavior and design are fully elaborated and recorded
- Ensure high quality and modern design that optimizes user experience is incorporated into software design
- Coordinate any internal and external resources to optimize software product development
- Manage handoff and priorities of requirements with development teams
- Manage the Software Quality Assurance that ensures development teams are delivering quality product based on the original business requirements
- Manage software release planning and ensure efficient, frequent and high quality enhancements are delivered to clients
Your profile:
- 5+ years´ experience in Software Product Management
- University degree in in Software Engineering, Informatics, Design or equivalent B2C or B2B commercial product background with digital KPI tracking and analysis
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple product inputs and translate to product development road map and manage development priorities
- Experience using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions that link product design and features to strategic objectives based on user KPIs
- Strong conceptual and UI/ UX design skills
- Experience in SDLC including knowledge of business requirements and documentation Experience in agile project management
- Experience in QA management software including documentation and code deliverables through UAT and release planning
- Six Sigma, CMMI or equivalent experience in formal process improvement and software development (is aplus)
- Work proficiency in English (German optional)
